When you buy a new or used mobile home, that does not mean you don’t have any home maintenance from that point on.
It absolutely means you have the same responsibilities as in a regular house.
Even if you own a regular house, maintain it.
As a repairman for over 30 years I see people misunderstanding that. You have maintenance responsibilities even in a regular house.
