When you have a problem with the mobile home dealer and he won’t make good on his promises, you can always contact the American Mobile Home Association which has a fund to cover this issue.
The American mobile home association has a pool that is there in case a dealer doesn’t take care of the customer.
Eventually, the dealer will have to deal with the American Mobile Home Association for their sloppy work, but in the meantime it’s a protection for you.
Also in Arkansas and each state probably has its own regulatory fund to take care of customers who have not been taken care of by the dealer. You’re not looking for that if you have come that far along without an issue or dispute.
