Hi, I’m Phil bridges, owner of Straight Arrow Repair. Ever want to know how a repairman fixes things? Well come with me, and I’ll show you how I solve problems. Let’s make things better together.
If you notice this has a crack in it.

That is because this is a real thin plastic tub that has a piece of foam underneath it, and that foam is supported by floor. Now, the floor will, have gotten bad. And then when you step on it, it doesn’t have the support because floors are bad.

And so when you put weight on that thin plastic with no support on that underneath that foam, it ends up breaking. So what I suggest is that maybe a leak around the drain or from the faucet caused an area to get rotted and then it broke.

Or maybe the toilet leaked, got underneath there and did that. So it’s kind of like which came first, the chicken or the egg. Either way, the damage underneath the tub will have caused that crack. And if you see that crack, that means that the foam underneath there is no good and you need to replace the tub.

So we’re going to be replacing that because of that. And we’ll show you that. This is Phil Bridges, if you like what you saw and think it might be helpful to somebody else, push that like button and let other people know what you and I know, and we’ll work together toward making a brighter future.

By the way, we’re not Amera-Can’ts We Americans see you next time.
